Leigh Bass, Broker, Director of Property Management
Originally from Tampa, Leigh moved to Auburn when she started college at Auburn University. After graduating with a Business Degree, she loved the area so much she stayed and began her career in real estate at Colonial Properties as a property accountant and continued in the industry at Alice Henderson Realty, and now at 360 Management. Leigh and her husband Michael live in Opelika with their three children Silas, Piper & Graham. She enjoys reading, watching all kinds of documentaries & home improvement shows, and spending time with her family, especially trips to the beach! Leigh & her family are active members of First Baptist Church of Opelika.
Lauren Burnham-Hristov, Director of Multifamily Properties
Lauren Burnham-Hristov brings 10 years of multifamily property management experience to 360 Management, where she thrives on the ever-changing nature of the field. Originally from Dothan and raised in Opelika/Phenix City, she attended the University of Alabama and is thrilled to be back home. Recently married with two dogs, Lauren enjoys reading, gardening, travel, and spending time at the beach—her happy place. She and her husband are also active members of Auburn Community Church.
Gabby Canady, Director of First Impressions
Gabby Canady, the Director of First Impressions at 360 Management, is passionate about forging meaningful relationships and helping people find their perfect home. Born in LaGrange, GA and raised in a proud military family, she has lived globally—including in Okinawa, Japan—before settling in the Opelika-Auburn area. A graduate of Opelika High School with further studies at Troy University, Gabby transitioned into real estate after gaining experience in healthcare rehabilitation. In her free time, she loves traveling and discovering new places, continually inspired by the entrepreneurial spirit of her grandmother.

Ann Causey, originally from Atlanta, found her forever home at Auburn University and now brings over 20 years of property management experience to building lasting relationships with property owners and tenants. She manages investments and guides real estate transactions, supported by her dual biological science degrees from Auburn and an Environmental Ethics certificate from UGA. An active volunteer and fundraiser for Rescue K911, Ann and her husband, Keith, share their home with three rescue dogs. When not working with clients, she enjoys remodeling, woodworking, and gardening.

Jane Delamar, Assistant Property Manager
Jane DeLamar’s passion for real estate and property management is driven by her background in business development and design, which allows her to excel in building strong client relationships while exploring creative side projects. Born and raised in Central Florida, she earned a BA in Business from the University of Central Florida and launched her career in general contracting before transitioning to real estate. Now based in Alabama with her husband and their dog, Stevie Girl, Jane blends her expertise with an active lifestyle and a love for travel and culture. Annie Gulizia, Portfolio Property Manager
Annie Gulizia, originally from a small town near Nashville, Tennessee, learned the value of hard work early on—from her first job at her aunt's gas station to roles in retail management and recruiting. She earned an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from Columbia State Community College and moved to Auburn with her partner, Joseph Gulizia, for his graduate studies. Now living in Auburn with Joseph and their two cats, Annie enjoys a creative, active lifestyle filled with art, puzzles, cooking, and travel, having spent memorable time in Italy and Japan.
Kaylyn Hinton, Social Media Coordinator
Kaylyn Hinton is passionate about connecting people with homes where memories are made. Originally from Florence, Alabama, she moved to Auburn in 2018 to earn her BA in Public Relations and Business and quickly developed a deep connection to both Auburn and Opelika. Since beginning her real estate career in 2021 marketing new construction, she has transitioned into property management and real estate marketing at 360 Management and Three Sixty East Alabama. Outside of work, Kaylyn enjoys staying active with family and friends, whether she’s at the lake, the beach, or exploring her favorite hobbies.
Demi Menotti, Portfolio Property Manager
Demi Menotti thrives on helping people find their perfect home, making her role as portfolio property manager at 360 Management an ideal match. Originally from the Columbus/Starkville area in Mississippi, she moved to Opelika in August 2018, drawn by the charm of a close-knit community. Demi earned a Bachelor of Psychology from Mississippi State University on academic, soccer, and art scholarships, and in her free time she enjoys creating art, spending time with family and friends, and relaxing at the beach or in her garden.
Tori Ninde, Portfolio Property Manager
Tori Ninde, originally from the West Coast and a Pacific Lutheran University graduate in Political Science and International Relations, relocated to Auburn in 2020 after living in places like Chiang Mai, Seattle, and Twentynine Palms. Active in the Auburn/Opelika community through groups such as Auburn Community Church and Auburn Young Professionals, she transitioned from teaching and senior living marketing to her current role as a Property Manager at 360 Management. Tori enjoys helping clients find their ideal home, while in her free time she loves hiking, traveling with her daughter, exploring local attractions, and experimenting with cooking and baking.
Robbie Teachworth, Bookkeeper
Robbie Teachworth, a lifelong Auburn local, graduated from Auburn High School and worked in banking for 28 years. After attending Southern Union State Community College, Robbie transitioned to her current role as bookkeeper at 360 Management, where she thrives in the friendly and welcoming environment. A proud family member with a growing extended family, Robbie enjoys home improvement projects, gardening, and spending time at the beach. She is also an active member of Central Baptist Church in Opelika.
Katie Wright, Community Manager
Katie Wright, thrilled to return to her Alabama roots after years of military relocations, brings extensive experience in military housing, conventional leasing, and student housing to her role managing three The Vue properties at 360 Management. She finds deep satisfaction in helping people create a sense of home while staying actively involved in her community through yoga teaching, Army PT programs, and leading the Relay for Life team in Lee County. In her downtime, Katie enjoys running and a refreshing Diet Coke, and she cherishes the nurturing environment she now shares with her husband and their children, Elijah and Olivia.
